Northallerton Train Station is enjoying a resurgence in popularity due to the Grand Central service that runs from Sunderland to London Kings Cross. Previously, the train would only stop at Eaglescliffe and York before heading on to the capital. Now, Northallerton is on the list of stations it serves.
The station is staffed 7 days per week, and it also has toilets and a newsagents. There are heated waiting rooms on both platforms.
Transpennine Express is the train company you’ll see most here, connecting Northallerton with Manchester, York, Leeds, Huddersfield, Manchester Airport, Liverpool Lime Street and Newcastle.
